Jack Warner formed Warner Syndication and Broadcasting as a comic strip company and TV station studio andd a division of Warner Bros. Pictures, Inc. They contains Looney Magazine, formed in 1934, now defunct in 1957 with the last comic strip being Lost Looney Tunes Cartoons.

Public Domain Magazine[]

1959-1966[]

They renamed the company to Public Domain Magazine in 1959, with a public-domain magazine selection of the pre-1923 films and post-1923 films.

1966-1972

In 1968, Kaiser Industries acquires Public Domain Magazine from Warner Bros.-Seven Arts. In 1972, it merged into Kaiser Broadcasting.
